Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Lumen portfolio of iPhone apps, including Chalkline, Daypart, and Carshoots.

Information you choose to provide

An app may process text you type and, only after an in-app confirmation, photographs, audio, video, or documents you select. Selected content is used to complete that request. It is not used to train models and is not retained by the Lumen service after the request completes.

Service and purchase data

We process an app identifier, a device-scoped identifier, request cost and success status to enforce allowances and prevent abuse. Apple provides signed transaction information when the app verifies a purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

How information is used

• Provide the feature you requested.
• Verify subscriptions and restore access.
• Measure usage against the plan allowance.
• Protect the service from abuse and diagnose failures.

Service providers

Requests that require online AI processing are sent through contracted infrastructure and model providers solely to return the requested result. Apple processes App Store purchases under Apple's own privacy policy.

Your choices

You choose every source file before upload and can cancel at the confirmation screen. Generated results remain in the app until you export or delete them. You can request help or ask a privacy question at support@cheatlayer.com.

Children and sensitive use

Do not submit information you are not authorized to process. Educational tools assist with learning and do not replace a teacher, school policy, or professional advice.

Changes

We may update this policy when app behavior or legal requirements change. The current version and update date remain available at this URL.
